Plushstyle Series 402

Features and Benefits

Plushstyle 402 is a fully framed system in polyester powder coated aluminium with perimeter head stabilising section and continuous side fixing channels encasing solid compact laminate panels. It is designed to withstand the most demanding public environments.
  • Fully framed with mechanical fixings SAA finish
  • Mortise locks rebated into door with the keeper housed within the door frame
  • Hinges screw and pop rivet fixed preventing the hinge loosing (door banging) over a period of time
  • All panels sealed within the aluminium frame extrusion sealed with silicone
  • Anti finger traps on all doors
  • All panels 12mm thick polished and bevelled
  • Changing and island cubicles hardware designed that the weight of each cubicle is supported by the hardware (load bearing system).

Specification

Plushstyle 402, a fully framed toilet cubicle range by Petal. Doors, divisions and pilasters manufactured in 13mm Solid compact laminate. Colours chosen from Petal Selector Colour Card. Doors and all exposed edges bull-nosed, with radius corners for safety. Fully framed in polyester powder coated aluminium with perimeter head stabilising section and continuous side fixing channels assembled with stainless steel fixings. Standard Plushstyle 402 toilet cubicles are 2000mm high, including 150mm floor clearance, by 1500mm deep, unless otherwise stated. All in accordance with Petal’s manufacturing specification and instructions.
